This is our third time working with Duo Finance, and honestly, we already knew we were in great hands going into it.
Just like before, communication has been excellent—almost daily updates, quick responses to any questions, and a process that feels really smooth and transparent from start to finish. It takes a lot of the stress out of everything.
Chris has been amazing as always. He really listens to what we need and makes sure we get the best possible rates based on our situation. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting the right outcome, not just any outcome.
He also went above and beyond to make sure our timing worked out. With how unpredictable fixed rates have been lately, we were starting to get a bit worried—but Chris came through and got everything settled late Friday afternoon.
